While I primarily operate in and around the Greater Toronto Area, rest assured, there are no additional charges for the use of a specific location (unless there is a permit required by the client). You can trust that I am committed to delivering the same level of quality and professionalism regardless of the shooting location.

When you choose to work with Tonia Vision Studios, you can rely on my expertise, professional industry-standard equipment, and dedication to capturing stunning images. Your satisfaction and the creation of breathtaking photographs in any setting are my top priorities.

A non-refundable deposit is required for each booking to secure your session. This deposit ensures that your preferred date and time are reserved exclusively for you.

With life, it’s common that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your session. I am happy to work with you to reschedule your session for a more convenient time. While the deposit is non-refundable, I offer studio credits that never expire. If you need to postpone your session, you can use your studio credits towards a future booking. This way, you can still take advantage of my services and capture your special moments when the time is right for you.

All images will be securely uploaded to an online gallery for your convenience. From there, you can easily view and download both high-resolution and web-size files. The gallery also provides a shareable link, allowing you to easily share your photos with family and friends. Please see below for estimated timeframes per category (rush packages available).

Estimated Delivery Times:

Personal Branding & Portraits: Due to images being both edited & professionally retouched, the final images can take up to 14 business days (depending on your image package). Gallery available for 90 Days.

Commercial Photography: Each commercial photography campaign is distinct. The timeframe will be determined based on the mutual agreement between both parties. Gallery available based on licensing agreement.

Weddings: Your “sneak peek” images will be delivered 1 week after your wedding. The remaining gallery with all of the edited images will be between 4-6 weeks. Gallery available for 365 Days.

Engagement Parties/Proposals: Whether it's a party or proposal documentation, the edited images will be completed within 7 business days. If you would like to receive the images within 1-2 days, a rush fee purchase will be required.

The number of images retained will depend on the package you have selected. You will be able to select the final images you’d like to keep from your photoshoot.

If you would like to obtain additional images beyond your chosen package, they can be purchased separately. For wedding or event photography, you will receive the complete collection of images captured during your coverage time.

All imagery will be edited and/or retouched as needed. This includes environmental clean-ups, sharpening, and colour correction, blemish removal, skin smoothing, brightening of the under eyes, teeth whitening, and other requested adjustments.

Retouching and editing are standard for portrait, branding, and commercial imagery. Editing alone is more common for wedding and engagement-related event photography.

Please keep in mind that altering the images after delivery may change the quality and the intended artistry behind them. If you have any special requests for specific edits you would like, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate them.

However, please understand that once the images are delivered and approved, they are considered final.

Clients are always asked for consent before using images for portfolio work and marketing purposes. This allows me to celebrate the beauty and artistry of photography and attract new clients who appreciate the Tonia Vision Studios style. However, I understand that not everyone may feel comfortable with this. If you have any concerns about the use of your images, please let me know prior to securing your booking. Your privacy is respected and your preferences can be accommodated.

Please note that Tonia Vision Studios does not provide photography services for concerts, birthday parties, graduation parties, baby showers, music videos, or any other events that are not wedding/engagement-related.
