  • General Booking Process!

    The purpose of this general booking process is to streamline the creation and execution of photoshoots, making the experience more seamless. Leveraging my industry expertise, my aim is to provide a smooth and effortless process for clients. The general booking process is subject to change for wedding & commercial photography. Please contact for any questions or check out the FAQ section for more.

  • 1. Booking Form

    Please first fill out the correct booking form to get the process started. With this filled out, I will be able to understand your request more clearly.

  • 2. Personality/Photoshoot Quiz

    After receiving your booking form, I will send you a visual photoshoot quiz to learn more about the overall style and concepts you prefer for your vision. This quiz will be used as a starting point for creating your vision. At the end, you will need to schedule a meeting time to discuss your results.

  • 3. Consultation Call

    Once the appointment is confirmed, we will have a short meeting to introduce ourselves and talk about your quiz and visual preferences. We will also go over the various packages and pricing available that meets your needs. This is the perfect opportunity to make any necessary adjustments to your vision or package, in order to find the best fit that meets your specific requirements.

  • 4. Contract & Agreement

    Once your overall vision is confirmed, you will be able to secure your booking by signing the contract and agreements as well as paying your deposit to reserve your photoshoot date.

  • 5. Creative Consultation and Mood Board Creation

    A creative consultation is more in-depth to gather the important information for your shoot. This includes location selection, discussing wardrobe and styling, and I create a mood board specifically made for you and your vision. The meeting can take place via zoom, phone or in person. We will use the quiz to be our guide making it a fun and creative way to perfect the vision and I will assist you with finding any resources that may be needed for the shoot.

  • 6. Photoshoot Execution Day

    We have planned, and now it is time to prosper. Due to the flow of the process this far, we both can come prepped and ready to shoot! I will guide you every step of the way so you will feel comfortable and confident. We will have such a fun time creating a uniqe and personable exerience resulting in amazing images.

  • 7. Selection of the Images & Delivery

    After the photoshoot has been completed, you will receive the top images (based on your package) that you may select from to keep for your photoshoot. Once selected, they will be edited and retouched giving them the final polished look. The images will then take up to 14 business days to complete depending on your amount of images.

  • 8. Feedback

    During this last step, I will kindly ask for your review as your input will guide me in making any necessary adjustments to ensure that the final results exceeded your expectations. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and your feedback plays a crucial role in delivering a personalized and exceptional experience for others.

“Ashley enjoys every single part of her chosen career and passion. She is known for her professionalism, friendliness, adaptability and understanding, as well as for delivering outstanding results in any given scenario.”

In 2014, Ashley Antonia (also known as Tonia) received her calling to become a professional photographer. After two years of practicing portrait photography with friends and family, she attended Humber College's Creative Photography Program in 2016. During her time at Humber, she discovered her love for studio photography and she gained insight into lighting, editing, and retouching, which is evident in her work. Due to the sudden passing of her father in 2017 (who was her best friend and biggest supporter next to her mother), Ashley took a brief hiatus but returned to college and officially graduated in 2020. Even with this tragic experience, Ashley further intensified her determination to pursue her photography dreams and solidified her commitment to excellence in her craft.

Since graduating, Ashley has expanded her photography and posing skills by working with various studios and capturing a wide range of subjects. Additionally, she has formed partnerships with renowned photographers and lighting companies, further establishing herself in the industry. Fast forward, Ashley decided to push her dreams even further by starting her own professional photography business, Tonia Vision Studios, where she combines her technical expertise and her creative vision with her clients.

Her business is built on the foundation of inspiring and supporting others in the pursuit of their dreams using photography to tell unique stories and forging meaningful connections with her clients. Ashley believes that photography has the power to inspire, uplift, and empower, and she is committed to using her skills to make a positive impact on the lives of others with high-quality imagery. She aims to showcase her professionalism and dedication to delivering outstanding imagery of brands through compelling personal branding imagery, creating impactful visuals for commercial campaigns, documenting the powerful love story of couples with wedding photography and showing the uniqueness of individuals through portrait photography.
